Catherine Mitchell is a Certified Special Education Teacher and Dyslexia Intervention Specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience helping struggling readers across Southlake, DFW, and Texas. She founded Blossoming Skills Reading Therapy after seeing too many bright children — including high-achieving students in top-rated districts like Carroll ISD — labeled as "behind" when they simply needed teaching that matched how their brains learn.
