More Support Is Not Always the Same as the Right Support.
Arlington ISD provides dyslexia evaluation, intervention, and support for students with dyslexia and related disorders. The district describes dyslexia as difficulty with accurate or fluent word recognition, spelling, and decoding that can be unexpected compared with a student’s other cognitive abilities.
But some students still need more individualized instruction.
If your child has already received intervention and the same problems remain, I do not assume they simply need more practice.
I look at the specific reading skills that have not become automatic.
Blossoming Skills uses a Speech-to-Print approach that begins with spoken language and teaches students how the sounds they already know connect to print.
Reading and spelling are taught together so students develop stronger, more flexible word-reading skills instead of depending on guessing or memorized rules.

Your Child’s Reading Progress Should Be Measurable.
Every student begins with a comprehensive reading assessment so I can identify exactly where reading is breaking down and build instruction around your child’s actual reading profile.
At the end of the 12-week program, your child is reassessed so the growth is measured clearly.
I guarantee at least one full grade level of reading growth. If that growth is not there, I continue working with your child at no additional cost until the goal is reached.
Your child does not need another year of simply learning how to work around reading difficulties.
They need instruction that identifies what is missing, teaches directly from there, and measures the progress.
